Integrative Massage and Craniosacral Therapy 

A customized session that combines therapeutic massage with gentle Craniosacral techniques to support both muscular release and nervous system regulation.

Massage focuses on relieving physical tightness, while Craniosacral work encourages deep relaxation and overall balance.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on technique that supports the nervous system and helps the body release deep tention patterns.  Sometimes stress, injury or tension can affect how freely things move. Using light touch releases restrictions, calms the nervous system, and supports your body's natural ability to relax and rebalance.

Unlike massage, this approach does not involve deep pressure or muscle manipulation. Many clients experience it as deepy calming and restorative.

Our intestinal functions are controlled by autonomic nervous system.

Regular belly massage helps relax the intestines and detox the waste in your system, balance the hormone, gives your skin beautiful glow, and produce more Serotonin which makes you feel calm, happy, focused, and more emotionally stable. 

Reiki 

Reiki is gentle, light-touch relaxation practice designed to support the body's natural ability to rest and reset. During a session, I place my hands lightly on or just above specific areas of the body to encourage a calm, balanced state. It can be integrated well with massage.
